5. Studio Property and Props

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio property, equipment, décor, furniture, backdrops, or props by themselves, their child, family members, or accompanying guests.

Repair or replacement costs shall be payable by the client.

6. Image Usage and Copyright

As per the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the photographer remains the first and exclusive owner of all images created.

Unless privacy is requested in writing before the session, selected images may be used for:

Marketing and promotional purposes

Full copyright transfer, exclusive privacy rights, logo-free images, and RAW files are available at additional cost upon written agreement.
